DRACE medioambiente has designed a mobile pilot plant to size wastewater treatment plants. It has primary and secondary treatments that can work with a number of biological configurations. This plant is equipped with a complete laboratory to analyze the wastewater and sludge.

This instrument is extremely useful when designing plants for highly polluted wastewater that is difficult to treat. The testing can be done in situ in order to prepare an offer designed to meet the customer’s specific requirements. Our first experience was with the East Murcia wastewater treatment plant and gave excellent results. Before we built the plant, we spent one year obtaining data with the mobile pilot plant to determine the optimum treatment characteristics.
